• 30 day trial software: Our trial software is a full save version: after 30 days you will not be able to run the software unless you first purchase the relevant Licence to unlock it.
• Full Product Licence: This lets you use all the versions available (e.g. variants for Windows or Mac OS X). Purchasing a Licence to use a Standalone or Plugin product only unlocks that one product for a specific OS.
• Commercial Use Licences: The Licences we sell are now all for Commercial Use of the Software (refer to EULA). Commercial Use is defined as use of the Software as for Non-Commercial Use and in addition including, but not limited to : a) use of the Software for the creation of content or ideas where you derive compensation from those; b) use of the Software for the creation of content or ideas for others for compensation, and c) any use of the Software within a business.
• Non-Commercial Use : We used to sell separate licences for Non-Commercial Use of the Software (refer to EULA), but we have now simplified our Licensing to give you more for your money. We have kept the low price points for Non-Commercial Use Standalone and Plugin versions, but (in effect) upgraded the relevant Licenses to Commercial Use Licences.
• Performance with Noatikl: with respect to use of Noatikl software for installations and performances, please check the relevant terms of the EULA which _may_ require you to purchase an additional, separate license.
• Versions and Updates: Customers who purchase our V1 Software Licenses will be entitled to get for free, via a download, (and be licensed for) any updates we make available for that version of the software (i.e. V1.x updates for the V1.x version).
• Sales Taxes: all prices include sales taxes (excepting academic pricing).
