FORUM UPDATE, 2nd Sept 2008: It's Back!
After a 19-20 day outage, our forum is back - and sincere apologies for it being out for so long. The problem was in Yahoo Web Hosting's court, but they have now fixed it. If you are interested to know more, then please see our blog posts on it. We hope the outage did not cause you any problems.

Problems with the Product Key
If you have purchased one of our tools, you will receive an email containing your Customer ID, Order ID and Product Key. If you are having problems getting the Product Key accepted, please try the following:
- Close all instances of our software (including sequencers using our plugins).
- Open the version of software for which you have purchased a license (e.g. Standalone, or specific Plugin variant), select Help > Product Key and enter your Customer ID, Order ID and Product Key. We recommend you copy and paste the Product Key and do not try to type it in.
- Once entered, close the software and restart it.
- Tip: Do not have any spaces at the end of the Product Key ... or at the start.
- Tip: If you are using Microsoft Entourage on your Mac, then please see http://intermorphic.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=263.
- Tip: If you are still having problems, please contact us and let us know the version numbered displayed in Help About (as well as OS version, how much free disk space you have, how much RAM do you have, the format of your hard disk [e.g. FAT32]).

Our community is our primary support mechanism and the Intermorphic forum is where we share knowledge - we all try to help each other. If you are not a member it is easy to sign up.
If you are having a problem subscribing to the forum (and we have seen this a couple of times in the past but have not been able to track the reason down), please contact us, below.
Direct Contact
If you are completely stuck (or simply wish to give us feedback or product suggestions), then try our feedback & contact us form. We do not commit to provide direct support to users on our products, and so cannot promise a personal response. But if we can, we will.
Not had a reply to an important question?
If you have tried to contact us about something important and you have not received a reply in a reasonable time, it could be for number of reasons, such as:
- we have not yet replied, or had the chance to
- our reply has bounced
- your mailbox is full
- our reply has gone in the spam folder!
- etc.
In any event, we strongly suggest you send us an alternative email address, just in case it is because of anything other than the first in the list.
